At Gloxy Enterprise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.


1. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of product delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item received
  • Missing parts or incomplete product
  • Product significantly different from what was shown on the website

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp (details below).
  2. Share your Order ID, clear photos and/or a short video of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

Note: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to courier the item to our warehouse. Courier charges will be fully reimbursed upon submission of proof.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Discount Refund Note: If your order qualified for a discount above ₹20,000 and a partial return brings your order value below that threshold, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via Email or WhatsApp.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
