Welcome to Gloxy Enterprise. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use or installation.


1. Warranty Coverage

Gloxy provides a product warranty to the original purchaser for personal household use at the original installation location. This warranty is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Faulty parts, which may be repaired or replaced with functionally equivalent parts at Gloxy's discretion
  • Defects identified by Gloxy's authorized service personnel within the warranty period

What Is Not Covered

  • Labour charges, removal, or reinstallation costs
  • Incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, property damage, delays, etc.)
  • Demonstration or installation of the purchased product
  • Consumable components: washers, rubbers, springs, and plastic fittings
  • Accessories external to the product
  • Colour or shade variations in replaced components due to wear or production batch differences
  • Damage caused by:
    • Negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper installation
    • Hard water, mineral deposits, or RO reject water contact
    • Exposure to corrosive materials, acids, chemicals, or cleaning agents (bleach, ammonia, chlorine, phenyl)
    • Use of abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or wire brushes
    • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
    • Third-party components affecting product performance
    • Natural calamities, acts of God, or events beyond Gloxy's control
    • Pests (rats, cockroaches, lizards, etc.)
    • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers
  • Products not installed as per the instruction or installation manual
  • Site conditions that do not meet the recommended operating conditions specified in the product manual

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for each product is specified on the product page and the warranty card included with your purchase. The warranty commences from the date of purchase and is valid only within the stated period.

Please note: The warranty automatically expires at the end of the warranty period, regardless of whether the product was in active use during that time.

After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out on a chargeable basis, subject to parts availability and prevailing service rates.


3. How to Claim Your Warranty

To raise a warranty claim, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp with the following information:

  1. Proof of Purchase – Original invoice or receipt
  2. Order ID
  3. Warranty Card (if applicable)
  4. Visual Evidence – Clear photos and a short video clearly showing the defect or malfunction

Our Customer Support team will respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your request and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping for Warranty Service

  • If no authorized service centre is available near your location, you will need to courier the product to our registered address.
  • The one-way shipping cost to send the product to us is borne by the customer.
  • All travel and transportation costs for service personnel and spare parts are borne by the customer at prevailing rates.
  • Gloxy is not liable for any damage to the product during transit.

Repair & Replacement

  • Gloxy's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts within the warranty period.
  • Replacement of parts or the entire unit is at Gloxy's sole discretion.
  • If a model is discontinued, it will be replaced with a model of equivalent value at the time of original purchase.
  • Gloxy reserves the right to retain replaced parts or components.
  • While Gloxy will make every effort to complete repairs promptly, no specific repair timeline is guaranteed.

4. Pre-Installation Responsibility

Before installing any new Gloxy faucet or fixture, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that existing water supply pipelines are thoroughly cleaned and free from debris, sediment, or blockages. Failure to do so may void the warranty.


5. Discount & Refund Policy

If you place an order worth ₹20,000 or more and receive a discount, please note the following:

  • If you return part of that order and the remaining order value falls below ₹20,000, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • The discount is tied to the minimum order value threshold and is not refundable if that threshold is no longer met after a return.

6. GST Invoice

To receive a GST invoice for your purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Add your desired products to the cart.
  2. Click on the My Cart icon.
  3. Enter your GSTIN and Company Name in the GST details section.
  4. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order with GST billing.

7. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.


This document constitutes Gloxy Enterprise's exclusive written warranty for products sold in India. No other warranty document or verbal representation shall supersede this policy.
