Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of product delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing parts or incomplete product

• Product significantly different from what was shown on the website

Note: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, and invoices included.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products

• Products without original packaging or invoice

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at help@gloxy.in or WhatsApp us at 9129198298 within 30 days of delivery.

2. Share your order ID, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.

3. Our team will review the request and get back within 24–48 working hours.

4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to courier the item to our warehouse. Courier charges will be reimbursed (with proof).

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

• In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

• If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to courier the product to our address. Don’t worry—we will reimburse the courier charges.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may opt for return after delivery.
